ingredients:
Raw peanuts 1 Congo
Garri 4cups
salt to taste

I prefer the garri to fry groundnut. The sand some people use I don't find it nice if the sand is not from river 😊

No it's not the same , you can find it in a Nigerian food store over there.. Garri /Granulated Cassava
