Learned something new in Zimbabwe we take the raw peanuts put them in a pan or pot roast them then when they are done we pour in a little bit of water and salt then keep on roasting until they are dry

I wish I had seen this before I gave my peanuts to the squirrels! Lol, they just didn't taste righr to me, didn't think about them being "raw". I'll have to get some more and try this.
