Good one. Keep it up. Interesting learning that garri could be used for roasting ground nuts. In Nigeria, we use dry sand and that accounts for some of the sands consumers experience eating the ground nuts.

They get brown and crunchy when you peel them, so have a taste test in between

I’ve never tried it but i will suggest you give it a try with a small quantity at low temperature

It was about 7 to 15 mins at 200 degrees depending on your oven. Keep an eye on it
