I completely forgot to remove garlic cloves and just tossed everything together then I remembered and played a little game of "Find the hidden garlic cloves" 😂 I didn't have enough couscous so I used half couscous and half quinoa. It was simply phenomenal! Absolutely delicious and I love how it is so colorful. Great recipe 👍

What a great idea to use peaches. I usually use rehydrated raisins. I'm totally going to try peaches and this sauce. It sounds amazing.

I'm in Toronto, but don't see tinned American cling peaches in the supermarkets here. Are you able to tell me where you buy them? I'll understand if you can't. Thanks!

It depends on the brand. Just check on the tins where they come from. I get them in Walmart, Maxi, Metro, Loblaws...
