I remember as a child watching my grandmother roast the beans and the smell of it. It's such a pleasant memory.

My mother would roast coffee at home and then ground the beans with in two ways, with a grinder for filter coffee and with a Turkish coffee mill for Turkish coffee. The smell of roasting coffee reminds me of my childhood and the smell of actually grinding coffee makes me want to have some.

Do you know where I can buy Turkish coffee online? My mother drinks only that and doesn't like any other kinds of coffee but I can't find them where I live (Italy).

自家焙煎いいですよね！僕も焙煎してますが、8コーヒーさんの樹上完熟ブラジルトミオフクダ抜け目なく美味しいです。最近買った中ではベトナムロブスタ Winey - Natural　高品質がビックリする程品質が良く美味しかったです。どちらも酸味が少なく、深入りにしてもしっかりと味と香味のある豆です

It's look good. I live in Vietnam and near my house, there is a coffee shop. Whenever they roasted coffee beans, the smell was incredible. You have very nice equiments also.

Great video!! You should try coffee from Guatemala. I recommend Huehuetenango and Antigua. I dont know if you can find them in japan but you should ask.

That was very interesting. I wouldn't even know where to buy green coffee beans, and it would take forever for me to roast mine, because we like a dark roast with a full bodied flavor. Your beans looked like a very light roast, the flavor must be very mild.

Love your videos! I don't know if it's available in Japan, but Jamaican coffee is really good, and some consider it the best they've ever had. Look for the brand Blue Mountain Coffee. They have a website, and they sell green beans for home roasting. It can be pricey, but very worth it.

長野県中川村の自家製焙煎工房カフェセラードでは生豆も売っていて、お店で飲んで気に入った豆が買えますよ。私も気に入ったコーヒーの生豆をそこで買ってます。通販もしてるのでおススメです。

I enjoyed this video; wondering since you roast this brand consistently could you comment on various aspects. How does the coffee taste vary by waiting one to four days after roasting to brew? Also do you notice a difference when grinding and brewing warm coffee beans?
