I saw it when it 1st came out and l just recently watched it again. We all think of Rob Lowe not aging - he seems to have stopped decades ago. However just having viewed it, my memory was refreshed on how much of a child he looked in it. Not "young" a prepubescent boy, he was actually 18. l remember people talking about his age because he looked too young to be filming for hours and such hullabaloo.

July 21, 1983. That Andy Warhol story, about a table top crayon feline illustration going for that much money, is hilarious! Wow. A nine year old, at the time, could have seen that tabled con. "Okay sweetie, point to the million dollar table cloth where Andy came into your young mind, like a missing link." Good thing Jimmy is there to help him work it out. So therapeutic for a priceless life. Funny guys! Great interview. Leonardo DiCaprio was almost nine. I wonder if he would have fallen for that. Funny story. Great Diana Ross recording!

So there I was saying to my friend rob to go to lowes and get a nail gun to finish a roofing job, and a cop heard me yelling on the phone at Rob, but he thought I said Rob lowes using a nail gun, so I told the cop that Rob Lowe paid us to install a new roof, rather than trying to get Rob Lowe to use a nail gun, and then we had to explain to the judge that we were innocent and not trying to rob Lowe's using a nail gun.

Lakers/Pistons in NBA finals was like '89 and '90, I believe. Pretty sure it wasn't '86. Celtics won in '86, I think, against like Rockets or someone. You know? Twin Towers. Lakers lose to Rockets in Conference finals on this 'prayer,' over the shoulder without looking at the basket, by Sampson. Just saying. Lowe was probably not into ANY team, but himself, at that time. So. He WAS obviously a bad influence. Pretty sure Nicholson knew how to watch a game, because he was always courtside during 'Showtime' in the 80's. I liked Lowe's prep school movie characters. He basically showed the world what prep schools were really like, IF there was no homework to do, each night, meaning if you did no homework, it was pretty much the way it was in his movies.

Only one of them was under age and he still talks about it when questioned about it. It came up during an interview in 2019 and he owned-up to it and said it was a turning point in his life that led to sobriety.

That was another of Gwyneth's sex tips. "Make sure your partner isn't a minor. And for gods sake don't film it". But joking aside the fact that somehow he's still got a semblance of a career after that is mystifying. You'd think after all those other horrific stories coming out(about other stars), and careers being ruined because of the truth being known, he'd also be taken to task. Why is it a joke when it's about him, and not others? And yes, I know I opened this long winded statement with a bad joke.
