It's not tho 😆 I am getting close to being that fit, & I only eat perfect about 75% of the time, & I only workout about 90 minutes a day, 5x per week! I love how someone heard his "joke" of an explanation, & made that apply to themselves not ever getting in shape, so don't even try 🤦😆 it definitely takes hard work & discipline, but it's so worth it! It only took me 1 year to get close to this, & that was all on my own! Chicken, veggies, steak, egg whites, tuna, & common sense stuff like that. Make sure you get 200 grams of protein per day, depending on your weight, do the research. Also... Just take in shy of what you burn in calories, & turn working out into a true hobby, & stay consistent!!!! If you do those things, which are not that complicated, in one year you'll look better than 90% of the people you see in your day to day, &... Most importantly... You'll feel amazing!!!

1:31 - The MOST HONEST explanation for how to get that ripped, especially in Hollywood (or for anyone with $$$). Getting that ripped is a full-time job in itself, and what ALL the men's and women's rags / magazines don't tell you is A) how much actual work it is to get in and maintain that level of physique; and B) how much $$$ and the small army of people (e.g. trainers, personal chefs / meal delivery service, personal assistants, dieticians, doctors, plastic surgeons, etc.) famous / rich people have working for them to get those results. Also, having good genetics also helps tremendously, but isn't necessary. All you need is money, time, and to hire the right army of people to do most of the "heavy lifting" required to guarantee those results.

you only need one of those three things: time. any training and nutrition advise you could ever need you can find for free online you can find a gym membership for like $10-$20 a month. and healthy food from the grocery store is so much cheaper than eating out or getting takeout for all your meals you just need time (and consistency). achieving Rob’s body is doable for almost everyone. he doesn’t look super genetically gifted or anything. what isn’t achievable is doing it in the same timeframe he did. he needed the trainers, the chefs, the two-a-day gym sessions (and the steroids) because he needed to get from point A to point B in a matter of a few months. THATS the unrealistic part getting in shape is something everyone can do. yes, even getting as ripped as Rob. you don’t need an army of assistants and a ton of money, you just need to eat healthy, train hard and be consistent over years and years

The only ppl saying "anyone can achieve this" are people trying to sell a system. Many systems do work, but they take a tremendous amount of effort, and they're quick to skip that part. But, you don't generally see actors (who have nothing to gain by encouraging others to do what they did) saying, "it was easy, anyone can do it..."
