I listened to this song every night when I was around 18-19, studying in uni, chasing my dream girl and job, seemingly trying to conquer this whole world. Everything I was dreaming failed miserably but this song always reminds me of that my golden age, and gives me with bitter-sweet sentiments. Time flies but my 18 child always there in this song, smiling with happiness to me.

This song for me has like some sad depressing undertone but still some motivating aspect in it as well. Robbie Williams look in this clip is quite clearly inspired on Francois Cevert who was a young and climbing French driver very close friend and teammate of Jackie Stewart in Tyrrell. Sadly, Cevert had a fatal crash whose reasons were never well verified during tests in Watkins Glen 1973. Stewart who was thinking to stop with races decided to quit soon after this crash because he was good friend of Cevert and considered him as a sort of his heir.

Май 2024,одна из моих любимейших песен. Не могу в силу обстоятельств врубить музыку 6а весь дом, но в машине 6а флешке, ни когда не сотру эту песню. Мне уже 43,бабушкой себя не чувствую. Моя младшенькая заканчивает только 6пчаль6ую школу

I remember when I was in my teens in early 2000's, I didn't know Robbie Williams at all.. but out of boredom I check out my uncle's CD of his concert in Knebworth and we are amazed how good his songs... from then on me and my sister always play the concert. and were fans of Robbie.. his lyrics in his songs are great and inspiring...

Alguien mas piensa que la letra de esta canción estaba demasiada adelantada a su época, en esta este tiempo pareciera como si ya no existiera el amor, pero aun asi hay esperanza, queda perfecto con lo que se vive en el año 2023, y muy aparte de eso sigue siendo tan buena la musica despues de tantos años, buenas canciones como estas ya no las hacen hoy en día
