If nothing else, I love how season 8 proved that Robert Baratheon was absolutely correct about Dany and her dumb brother.

His mistake was living in the past. That, and he was not fit to rule. But he's probably the greatest warlord Westeros has ever seen.

Facts, that war hammer, the breastplate stretcher (Rhaegar Targaryen approved) would crush his open horse lord chest

@@anonymanonym6236 Robert vs Arthur is a tough one, if it was 1 v 1 and no horses and you have Arthur with Dawn and Robert with his warhammer, it'd be REALLY close but Arthur has the speed and skill advantage over Robert, I'd say Arthur wins, on horseback, yeah Robert wins easily.

No he was a smart tactician and a good warrior. But as a man his morals were completely messed up. He was a whore monger, and a glutton. He fought an entire war over a delusion of a women who didn't even want him being owed to him, he applauded the murder of children and the rape of their mother by a savage, he blamed children for the fault of their father and chased them till they fell to the brink of insanity in a far away land. I wouldn't call him a good man, he was a good warlord.

The scene where he describes his first kill is actually really unlikely as we know for a fact he fought in the vale and that Robert defeated 3 armies in a single day near summerhall

His story is about the battle of Summerhall. Also it’s possible he just marched with the Arryn Force but Jon didn’t allow him to actually went into battle.

@alexzander73862 жыл бұрын
Unfair and untrue. House stark was a prime example of nobility, and honor is required if you are to be in good standing with your fellow nobles. Also if you are to be in good standing with your people. Tyrants have been killed many times in this story alone, and have been killed in our history too. Strong and honorable leaders are kept around by their people and those around them.
