“Help Yourself” is a song about the importance of self help, and taking care of yourself. It’s hard to help others unless you help yourself and take care of yourself first.
This song was Co-written with long time collaborator Ian Cullen (Oh Miss Carolina, Bring Me Back Home).
It was produced by Kevin Shirley at the Village Studios in Los Angeles CA
The video was directed by Andrew Espantman and Rob Bondurant and features some close friends and family!

Great new song with a fun video! I appreciate the “Three’s Company” theme as I’m old enough to have watched the show when it was new and current on TV! 📺. By the way, the sauce that was put on the spaghetti must have been the “Old Friend Garlic Habanero” 🌶️😁
