I would avoid the index funds, mutual funds, or specific stocks for the time being. The 5% fixed incomes are the safest bet for now. Save your cash for when the market actually shows sign of recovery.

These are very valuable rules for anybody who wants to get rich. Unfortunately, most people who will watch this video will not really be able to apply the principles. We may not want to admit, but as Warren Buffett once said, investing is like any other profession-- it requires a certain level of expertise. No surprise that some people are losing a lot of money in the bear market, while others are making hundreds of thousands in profit. I just don't know how they do it. I have about $89k now to put in the market.

Building wealth involves developing good habits like regularly putting money away in intervals for solid investments. Financial management is a crucial topic that most tend to shy away from, and ends up haunting them in the near future. Currently I'm just being smart and frugal with my money, I'm in the green 47% over the last 23 months and l've accumulated over $70K in pure profits from DCA’ing into stocks, ETFs, dividends and futures. However I’ve been in the red for a month now. I work hard for my money, so investing is making me a nervous sad wreck. I don’t know if I should sell everything, sit and just wait.

Stocks are pretty unstable at the moment, but if you do the right math, you should be just fine. Bloomberg and other finance media have been recording cases of folks gaining over 250k just in a matter of weeks/couple months, so I think there are a lot of wealth transfer in this downtime if you know where to look.

I completely agree. I have been consistent with my profit regardless of the market conditions. I got into the market early in 2019 and the constant downtrends and losses discouraged me, so I sold off. I got back in December 2020 and this time with guidance from an investment adviser who was recommended by a colleague

The removal of the Glass-Steagall Act in the late 1990s, which contributed to the dramatic failure of large banks during the financial crisis of 2007-2008, was a very unwise decision. Dodd-Frank and this Act both need to be reinstated immediately in order to avert another catastrophe. If nothing is done to fix the current issue, what happened with SVB is merely the beginning of what will occur.

In my opinion, SVB was attempting to restructure their bond portfolio, which involved selling their low-yielding bonds despite the potential loss, and compensating for it by buying higher-interest-rate bonds on the open market.

Very true, you can be passively involved in the markts and still amass wealth-gains using an investment advisor. I first dabbled in stocks late 2019, just before the pandemic, and that same year gained over 150% with no prior investing experience, basically all I was doing was following directions of my advisor. It really made no sense to me when he said ''It doesn't matter whether I'm right or wrong, whether the market goes up and down. I'm good regardless''. People are really losing a sh*t ton of money out here. Times are weird. The US dollar is losing purchasing power due to inflation while strengthening against other currencies and assets. The stock market, real estate, crypto AND precious metals are down because people are fleeing to the "safety" of the dollar. where else can we put our investment money? I personally use tax-deferred accounts to hold my investments. That way I avoid capital gains taxes. There are other options your advisor could brief you about.

The year began and something is already making it better than the entire 2022. Amazons AM2023X came out and it's such a great thing no matter where you come from. Everyone can participate and it is making many things easier than they have been. For example I live in France and this is something no one else could do for me here, if I just keep sitting on my toes for the next 5 years I'd simply go broke, now I can change that.

The thing to me is, if you invest and have other income outside of dividends then you will be able to live off dividends without selling. Which means you can pass that on to your kids which will give them a leg up in life. $52k dividends received in 2022.

I agree! That's why it is advisable that you have to invest while you still have a regular job or earning a regular income, and do it constantly. You still need to have something that will keep you going even if you're investing. Good financial planning and money allocation is the key.

We may not want to admit, but as Warren Buffett once said, investing is like any other profession-- it requires a certain level of expertise. A perfect storm is brewing in the United States. Inflation, bank collapse, severe drought in the agricultural belt, recession, food shortages, diesel fuel and heating oil shortages, baby formula shortages, available automobile shortages and prices, the price of living place. I've heard about this 'gaming' approach to rewards. Like in games if you kill a boss you get a better sward to kill a bigger boss. So you get something that will allow you to improve your progress in this area. Taking this into account, an appropriate reward for investing consistently and with discipline would be a better work station or a new car - something that would allow you to make your investing more effective or joyful, or at least something to encourage you to work harder

_Great video! I've been trading and investing for about 2 years now. As you mentioned, it really is crucial to recalibrate the way we look at certain things in order to remain confident in our trades and investments. It was also pivotal for me when I really realized I was "crossing my wires" in that I was treating certain stocks that should be day trades like long-term investments, and flipping stocks that I should have been holding as long-term growth investments, lol. Personally, I enjoy both day trading and investing, so I had to learn to identify my specific goals first, then I had to learn to identify which stocks I should only day trade for the time being and which stocks I should hold and build positions with. Day trading is a lot of fun for me.... Especially with the help of Olivia Maria Lucas She has been instrumental in my trade success, And as you mentioned, investments are our friends!

Before I retired 3years ago I challenged myself to put away 50% of my monthly income into stocks which is quite easy since I lived frugal without debt.I work as an account executive,and I make over $200,800.$100,000 goes into dividends and the other $100,000 goes to my living expenses, I am seeing improvements in my portfolio, dividends look certain,but I have to attribute this to only guidance of a licensed wealth strategist who allocates funds to a plenitude of assets, I have to stay discipline and remember that I am in this for a long term,recently got my first property and looking forward to get another soon.good luck everyone and thanks for the wonderful video

Okay but is not luck, is all about having good investment plans most of all trading with a trust worthy expert. Watching professional trading videos and most especially connecting with the right person the digital world is full of in unreal people I met some of them during my success journey. Hey there, I have been trading for about a few months now and just about every trade slaps me in my face. Nearly impossible for me to catch more than a few points . I try to do top down analysis and MTF analysis, but it doesn't work for me . I say to myself, clearly I'm in the 90% that lose money, so I open a demo account, do my analysis, then take the opposite of what I would normally take(I know, it sounds stupid but I was desperate) and get the same result. I'm starting to feel hopeless, any advice for a struggling trader?

You got valid points though Inflation is dilapidating. Quite sad what's happening in the market. Although, even the worst recessions offer wonderful buying opportunities in the markets if you're cautious. Volatility can also result in excellent short-term buy and sell opportunities. The market circumstances are driving me insane, my portfolio has lost almost $13K this month alone, my earnings are tanking. This is how it works!... If you invest $500 you get ×10 of your investment every 24hrs so it's $5000 per day because it's kinda like crypto mining just imagine what you will get in just 2-4 weeks that about $140000 and the interesting part is that you can withdraw even in the first week say two days so even if you got a loan you can still pay back in just two days

This is what I’m saying, if you buy now to rent the house out the interest rate will be all high making you have to overcharge your renters. If you make the rent high would someone even want to rent it out? What happens if your renters run into hard times and can’t pay all the rent or any of the rent since it’s your mortgage you will still be responsible, this guy Robert never talks about that, and I have seen plenty of his videos. I’m already responsible for the mortgage my family has…if you make the rent fair I’m sure you will only pocket very little money and you still have to have money in case something goes wrong in your property you are renting it won’t be the renters responsibility. There’s many questions I have that his video doesn’t talk about. I know many realtor’s and they be saying it’s not that easy as people make it seem.
