Rob is a great man, not perfect because that is a level none of us can live up to, but a truly great man. He's accomplished more than most in life yet he's humble, self aware and always seeking to give praise to others. In other words he has no ego. When I ordered his book on his website in the field provided for how I want it signed I wrote I don't need you to write anything particular for me I would like to buy you a beer next time your in the DC area. He wrote in the book, I'll take that beer any day. I still owe him that beer. I guess I'll have to keep my ear to the ground for when he holds a public event around here next. God Bless you, Rob!

I remember training doing a pack March, axl rose screaming in one ear, other headphone wouldn’t stay in due to pissing rain, something was dead in the paddock.. 26 km hike carrying 28kg Shivering, sweating, Ran out of water, blood sugar dropped… couldn’t work out how to get out of the middle of the road 😂
