Love the way you positioned the business --> A solid brand built on professional attitude while providing a great user experience irrespective of the purchase power of the visitors or even if they are customers or not. Also what Misha said regarding being a victim of success, this is something super common and it's great that you understood that the team needs to grow and unwind to keep that spirit of enthusiasm as that is the core driver of your success. Unfortunately too many companies forget this.

Oh man, you can't imagine how much I agree. I've been working in tourism for many years and it's such a common thing for big hotel names to overwork the shit out of their employees just to save paying a few more salaries (I guess). Imagine having to keep a smiling face every day from May to November while working overtimes and having no days off, and managers telling you off for "looking tired"

One thing that I have noticed more and more, is that the businesses that crush it are customer-first businesses. It's all about the experience for the customer and if you put them up first the eventual reward in exchange will be multiplied. Be it in getting return customers, new customers, brand valuation or even just personal reasons like stress. If you're good at business and have a strong vision, it's like you operate at easy mode eventually.

My love and appreciation and most importantly knowledge and information about the 'ring has come directly from you guys. Before that I knew it existed but I had no interest to find out about it. One day YT recommended a video of Misha and I thought what the hell let's give this a watch and see what actually is this Nurburgring they speak of. This was before Apex. I was hooked and haven't stopped watching ever since. So thank you for sparking interest and love in me for this magical place. It sure is a bucket list item for me now. Also, I, along with many other Tier1 people literally saw Apex form and grow to where it is now. I can only applaud you guys for achieving so much in this small of a timeframe. OG's will remember you, Misha and Dyana coming together to form Apex. OG, Tier1 gang.

Apex definitely has the widest reach of all thr companies providing similar services, that's for sure. I've been following Misha since I stumbled upon his channel searching for info on the Porsche 919 Evo Ring record attempt back in 2018. I remember thinking, what the hell, this guy has the greatest job in the world. I had no idea of what "Ring life" was before that. Sure I knew there were companies that rented cars out but only because of friends who had been to the Ring and had done it themselves. There is no online presence remotely close to what you guys have built. Personally very happy Robert started his own channel, it's getting huge now so I'm sure the "personal touch" will become more difficult to maintain, but as you have shown you will do your best to keep it up. Good luck for the future and see you guys soon!

But i never felt like, man i have to go there! For me it always was that Place for rich guys. Hearing which Cars are Driving and how expansive and frequent it is to Crash there. But you changed that, i mean as a student not having a car, you still Managed to get me into sim Racing and enjoying that Track at least in a virtual World.

Maybe a cool idea to do a hotel/property tour?

I had similar feelings during my first 3 stay at APEX. Very good and professional service, clean and tidy rooms. Quick and efficient taxi rides. On the other hand Misha and Robert was not on a vibe to talk, looked bored and tired many times. I never said this to anyone nor left a review with this because the last thing I want is to hurt the business. At least I know now I wasn't alone. Keep up the good Tier 1 work.

passed by your place in 2019 for the 24hr race, didn't know I'd watch all your videos afterwards. Hopefully you can hold track days in Germany, France, Netherland, etc. I'd feel safer driving under your organization.

Awesome to see how this idea developed over only three years. Chapeau Robert and the whole APEX Team!! Honest and authentic as always.

I was planning to travel with the family to Nürbugring in 2021 and take a lap in one of your cars but due to corona the travel will be next year. Apex is growing in the mind of petrolheads like one of the places to visit if you are in Nur.

It's very interesting to hear how Apex was actually founded and how you two have met each other. It's amazing to see how far you have come since the beginning!
