This was so helpful Robert. I have been going thru all phases of separation from the fun place this was when you were active. It all makes perfect sense now. I guess I should have taken my wife up on the offer a couple of years ago to purpose-travel to the Hotel and take a taxi ride with your team. Missed that opportunity. I'm driving a Porsche GT4 RS (the only RS with mid-engine) and I assume that trail braking behaviour of the car is going to be much more similar to the MacLaren than the GT2 RS or GT3 RS. Am I correct ? Did you actually try trail braking on a GT4 RS ? If yes what did you think ?

Well you cannot beat the nurburgring record if you are not allowed to drive here, simple as that. Also i dont think the Porsches that beat the nurburgring records are also stock, its a marketing war and nobody is going to see the actually times without an unbiased third party host which would have the say in who is allowed to drive on the nurburgring(which is impossible cause Nurburgring is extremely protective of Porsche and wont allow other cars to beat them)

Hi, I have 370z and is low powered car so I don't care about traction at take off. I want to go roll racing where it's cruising at about 30mph then taking off at the green light. Some people say a higher tire pressure give me faster time to the finish line because it will have lower rolling resistance etc but other people say a lower tire pressure will give me faster time because the rolling circumference is smaller. I don't know what to do? Can you give me your advice please, thanks

Hi Robert, could you give a "official" comment on how Apex handles the vouchers specifically sold for taxi laps but can't be used anymore since the buisiness shut down? I don't know how deep you are in the daily buisiness of Apex but since february i tried contacting your team on all available ways (different mails, phone, contact form on website) multiple times but got absolutelly no response at all. Afters weeks of silence i feel pretty much ripped off my money by Apex, if i can be honest. Would appreciate a response

Good video Robert. It's still a shame I never get to experience my GT2 lap (I still got credit for it). As a kid with family living in Mayen I went to the Ring many times in the 80s and 90s, went to see F1 races and 24h, did tourist laps from being a toddler to driving myself, saw the evolution of the Nürburgring audience as well as the demise and rise closehand, but never got to experience the Nordschleife as it was meant to be: fast and hard. Never see tires that are common in the states used elsewhere like the Hankook RS4, Kumho V730, Falken RT660, Bridgestone RE71RS, Yokohama A052. Any experience with any of these?
