Robin hood actually is just a legend lol

There were “Constables” in the medieval period however if I’m correct they were first recorded in the 1200s in England, so still wrong for this time period, I may be incorrect though. They were just a man or men appointed in each village to maintain law and order with each man taking up the role for a year. Even as a collected body I doubt they’d be referred to as constabularies.
