I'm amazed on how much detail is in that game. If you're used to building with the roblox studio that THIS kind of detail is insane - some of this wouldn't even be possible of take enormous amounts of time. I love this kind of detail on a roblox game.

If you were wondering, yes the game does have a ending. At door 100 you need to do a task or two to escape. Also joining the roblox group grants one free revive. Hopefully Ryan comes back for a round 2.

To be honest, this is 1st horror game which i actually completed. I know a lot of horror games but i didn't even considered an option to play it just because of how unsettling they were, but this one - perfect for beginners like me. Don't get me wrong, this game still scared me as hell when i was alone. But setting of fancy hotel and co-op made me more calm.

I love how all the creatures tell you how to avoid them just by examining there features 1. The hide gives a insanity warning when your in the cabinet for to long. 2. The eyes make you go crazy when you look there way 3. The Rush makes running noises when it’s on its way 4. The figure has no eyes and avoided you on the first encounter even though it was faced in your general direction. 5. The screech more vague but it makes a pst~ sound in the dark as it try’s to let you know it’s there This took longer then I’m proud of but I love this game now that I’ve seen it ;w;

I really want to see him play this again. It's such a good game. Scary, fun, and well made. Not many Roblox games are like this. So when they are, they are such a thrill. Please play it again Ryan. Maybe with a friend or two.

This game is simple but damn is it high quality for a ROBLOX game! And it does well to avoid the same bland jumpscare simulator most 'horror' games on Roblox tend to do with walking around a dark building and doing boring objectives. This game is 100% inspired by Spooky's Jumpscare Mansion but doesn't simply copy/paste the entire game, it has unique monsters and mechanics that do completely different things from those of Spooky's. Seeks could use a nerf, and Figure's first encounter could use some tweaks. But Doors is a grade-A roblox game! Edit: Jesus christ you guys are getting way too upset over an opinion. Edit 2: The game was already updated and fixed most of the issues I had with it.

A few tips you may or may not need: Ambush is slightly different to Rush. Rush can be detected by seeing flickering lights and entering a closet quickly, and when he runs past you just go on w your day. However, Ambush is a little different. His scream has a different sound to it, and you will know it's ambush if there's a green glow when he runs past. Get in the closet, wait till he runs, jump out so hide cant kill you, and then jump back in straight after. Screech will always spawn directly behind you, but he can be below/above you as well. If you hear a psst, do a 180 and look up and down. If you are playing in multiplayer and you are a far bit behind your teammates, like for example 2-3 rooms behind, glitch will show up, jumpscare you, take off 40% of your health and then tp you to your group. If you open a few closets one after another consecutively, there is a chance that jack will spawn. He doesn't damage you, just jumpscares you and won't let you into the closet you found him in for 5 ish seconds. Seek shows a feint sparkly path to show you which way to go during the chase. You can tell when seek is about to spawn when there is eyes appearing on the wall, you will then go into a long hallway soon after that once you reach the end he will spawn and start to chase you, he spawns throughout doors 30-40 and 80+ run away and pay attention to the blue sparkles that show for the door path that will lead you out. Seek will sometimes spawn also as the "eyes" you see during some levels, do not stare at then directly, or hide in things that will have you look at them otherwise your health will drain and you will die unless you react quickly. You can tell exactly when to turn around in Halt's room by looking at the glitchy screen. instead of looking for his eyes, do a 180 when you see the screen glitch with "turn around". Instead of doing the whole 180 thing, you can just walk backwards until you find the door to skip the entire thing. The spider 'Timothy" has a small chance to spawn in drawers and will jump on your face + damage you a small amount. Timothy will also deal 5% damage upon the encounter. There is not a death notice by timothy if you die by it, if it is even possible. The figure can't see, though he can hear very well don't move near him at all. While he may be scary he only sees you by heartbeat, if you are inside a closet there is a chance he'll give you a mini game but then you will need to follow the steps to beat it then he'll go away. There's 8 books in total within the library and the code will change each run so you will have to find the books and the code each time. Door 100 is the same as door 50, but the figure still can't see. You will need to wait for him to go outside into the previous room then go up towards the exit to find a key in the elevator, go back down into the same room where you triggered the final room, there will be a door you need to open that will have the panel for the elevators control. Pay attention to the numbers & lights, you want to light them according to the ones it says, you can also take the time you need to solve the puzzle itself, once down DO NOT care about crouching and run to the elevator to trigger the ending. If anyone has any other tips they'd be helpful. Have a great time to anyone doing a play through. Corrections of my mistakes in these tips will help greatly. Good luck. Its is unbelievable what people make with roblox, the details look better than alot of stand-alone horror games and the concept of it is so creative the seek chase scene, ambush, rush, the figure, it is so mindblowing how talented people are with games

I've been waiting for the day where he played this. This game is still in alpha, but it clearly has a lot of potential. I hope you play this again to try and beat the game; you could also play with friends, too.

To give you some tips as well Ryan, you want to always be crouching at level 50. The Figure (the actual name) can only feel and hear vibrations, as it is blind, like a monster from Apeirophobia. There are books that you need to find to input a code to escape the library. Another entity related to Rush is Ambush. Ambush passes by twice, mostly at random times. I know there might be some other people else giving you tips in the comments too, we're here to help you nonetheless :D

I find it impressive how Ryan managed to do the Seek Chase on his first try, good job!

Warning: spoils the whole hotel, entities, and items. Rush - after lights flicker, he comes and rushes through rooms. The hiding spaces are: Closets, beds, vents (sus), or just go the opposite direction where rush is going and make sure you're not in eyesight of it.. Screech - when your screen shakes rapidly, when you hear static, you have to look around before screech says psst so you can deal with him quickly. He only lurks in pitch black rooms and he make a psst sound and some new players don't look at him and hide from him but when they realize it, they know they need to look at it for a few seconds and he will jumpscare you but doesn't damage you. Eyes - simply don't look or stare but the best strategy is that you can look down and walk through the monster. Figure door 50 - 100 - so figure door 50 is the hardest room in the whole entire hotel. So to get past it, you have to find books to get the code. There are 8 books in all and also figure gets faster when you collect books through out the hotel. When you hear ringing, it's a book and look around the bookshelves to get the book. Also figure has exceptional hearing senses to help him get through and hear things just like the fallen things for example. Figure can hear those and so, he will chase after you but you can outrun figure if you have at least 2 books and over 2 books, you can't outrun him anymore. So there's a note on the desk which has random things and shapes on it but the shapes are supposedly part of cracking the code. So my code is 63842 and every code is 5 digits. So my 8 shapes are square, star, octagon, circle, triangle, diamond, X, and let's say a crescent but there's no crescents in the game note but for now, I'll just have crescent because this is just an example. So in the note, the shapes are, triangle 1, X 2, diamond 3, octagon 4, and circle is 5. So to Crack the code, all you need that when the shapes you got in the note matches the books that you got like triangle is 6 means that that's the first digit of your code so what ever shapes in the note matches, is the number of you code. Door 100 figure is where the end of the game is. So to get past that, you have to run back and find the nearest closet and do the heart minigame or run to your left to past figure you don't have to deal with it anymore. So the key is in the elevator, so get the key and go to the elevator power room. After that, you have to click on all of the squares and turn the ones of shown not filled in. After that, run to the elevator and you're done. Halt - if the lights flicker a ton, means ambush which I'm gonna get to that soon and rush are not coming. So when this happens he gives out warning before his room and when you open the door, you will see a very long hallway to get past through. So to get past halt all you gotta do is to walk backwards every time when he says "turn around" or you just turn around when if it's uncomfortable to walk backwards and especially its quite scary. Also you can stand still and time it because when you time it, sometimes you'll get hit and halt deals 70 dmg so that means he takes more than a half health and you're left with 30% of your health left. So when you time it, he will despawn infront of you before hitting you but it's just 2 pro ways though. Timothy - he appears in drawers and he has a 1/200 appearing in a drawer. Seek - when seeing eyes on the wall means seek is coming soon. When you see a long corridor with no eyes and eyes in the previous room means seek is gonna take form here. He appears around door 30 - 40 and appears again at door 80 - 90. So when you deal with seek, look for those blue sparkling lights which is called the "guiding light". Follow the guiding lights through out the hotel and it will help you during drak rooms when you're stuck and even in the library which is ringing but sometimes not and he shows up during the seek chase but the second seek chase, there will be alot of intersections which is pretty hard to get through but look both ways quickly. Ambush - ambushes flicker is a little bit longer than rushes and can appear in later game progress like in door 96 or door 95 and can also appear in early game progress and one example is door 5 quite early if you ask me. Ambush has rays and he uses the light which is raycasting. Raycasting is a way for a monster to use like to see an eyesight of something like an object or an animal like players. Ambush is similar to rush but can also go into a room multiple times which is going back and forth in seconds (fact ambush is the fastest entity in the whole entire game) Ambush mostly spawns in later game progression but rarely spawns at early game times like door 5 and each door you go through will increase the chances of ambush coming. Places you can hide from ambush are vents (again sus), closets, beds, or the opposite direction but sometimes doesn't work but make sure you're not in eyesight of it because ambush uses raycasting to catch players when the player is in eyesight of it. Shadow - jumpsacres you and it happens randomly but he has a 1/2000 chance of spawning in a random door. Jack - he spawns in a closet/wardrobe and he has a 1/20 chance of spawning in a closet and he can spawn in front a random door and he has a 1/2000 same thing as shadow of spawning in a random door. Window - has a low percent of chance of spawning into a window itself and window doesn't really interacts with a player but only watches you progress the game. Glitch - glitch has two things he can do. The first thing that he can do is that he can teleport you to your team when you're atleast 5 doors behind and takes some health away which is 1/3 of your health. Second he can also act like a failsafe mechanic means that when a rooms doesn't generate and fails to generate, he will teleport you after the room and not take any damage but that's rare. Guiding light - so guiding light only appears in dark rooms when you're stuck and he also appears in the library and also the seek chase and he can be invisible but he can make ringing sounds. But sometimes he shows up completely to see where the door is in a dark room or in the seek chase and also he appears when you can find the key in a dark room. Item: Flashlight - has a 1/1000 or 1200 of spawning in a random drawer and lasts more than any light source in the pre-run shop. Lighter - has a temporary time of light source before running out of fuel and disappearing. Lock pick - can break any time soon when being used. Vitamins - not drugs but vitamins can make you go fast and appears in a compartment and rarely appears in a random drawer. Keys - keys make ringing sounds so you don't have to check every drawer. Book - they amen ringing sounds just like keys make.

Me and the boys ended up beating this game it was a lot of fun pretty hard too, I would love to see you and dawko play this game search draws along more as well.
