I have on problem, Other people have like.. stats of 50k damage and things like that.. but me, with same time, fully maxed, it shows like.. 5 times less damage

the numbers represent the potential of an item. here is a list of the ranges so you can compare with my video: Legendary DPS Armor - From 380,663 to 431,359 Secret Weapon - From 509,055 to 576,849 (obviously the higher the better)
