His style&quality was so beyond that period. The big rooms came years after this release were like kindergarten bs and really dragged the whole industry to the wrong direction

The "Basic" sounds in FL are actually made BY Hugo himself, thus why it sounds like a Madeon drum sound.

@@teknikvlt someone in the image-line forum quoted madeons post talking about how he made the basic sound, but the original post is gone. if i recall correctly the kick is just layered transients with sub, the snare is completely synthesized, the clap is a real recording layered.

This is fantastic. I have not been doing much production for the past 5 years or so. I have been looking for some vids to remind myself how to get good sounds from FL studio. There is a lot of intro level stuff, showing how to make some mediocre sounding crap. The last 10% of quality takes %90 of the effort. Thanks for going all the way and making something that sounds really good.

it's mainly just because I notice more problems that needs to be EQ'd and I don't want to lose the exact settings of the EQ curves I've made previous. you can probably just use one for the same results tho :)
