I think that AA games should be forgiven for a little more stiff animation. Nobody complains about the lack of ray tracing in indie games. But for some reason AA titles are always compared to AAA blockbusters. Small studios with low budgets can't afford elaborate motion capture. I think you should support these mid-range games, because there are only a few of these studios that are capable of producing a title like Robocop faithfully to the original.

This game has been one of the more surprisingly good things to come out of 2023.

I noticed in my PS5 version, during cutscenes, characters will glitch when changing scenes. It’s no big deal-breaker, I love this game!

Robocop was a perfect movie, and this game did well to follow it

I played on PC with a pretty powerful PC. I had the Alex Murphy version so go early access. I had a few crashes the first 3 days, but nothing major. The glitches was pretty minimal. I’ve really enjoyed it and will probably play it through again here soon.

I just beat the game last month and I thought I was the only one having the issue where the game crashes several times and it's just like you said, it's all in the same level. I believe it crashes very similar to your experience which is 5 times. they updated the game for harder level. I did play through it but I gave him because I kept thinking about the game crashes. I was worried the first time I played it that the game was going to crash all the way through the end, but it didn't.

Is it me or does the voice acting for Robocop sound kinda monotone? I don't think it's Peter Weller, but instead the director and sound team. Maybe they didn't have enough budget to perfect the audio and voice acting. Also no Namcy Allen is a bummer.

Robocop 2 was directed by Irvin Kershner (Star Wars- The Empire Strikes Back) and the screenplay was written by Frank Miller (DC Comics, Batman- Year One), which makes this one of the BEST Action/Scifi movies ever made. It's just too bad Robocop 3 didn't have Kershner or even James Cameron direct it.

Yeah I'm worried about insomniac because they've gone woke and I don't think they won't do Wolverine the justice it deserves I would rather teyon make a game even though they don't make 3rd person they are true and faithful to the source material

Why does Robo bust through doors and walls with his right arm if his right hand is occupied by a weapon? He also does that "Crysis grab" thing with his right hand (in Crysis, your character uses his left hand). Contrast with Terminators which are all ambidextrous and always make use of both hands. 4:58 The difference between "aim" and "zoom." 7:22 Sounds NOTHING like "The Old Man." 10:53 Fan service callback. Gotta have a few of those. It's obligatory. 11:12 Authentic '80s fashion statement. That jacket looks a lot like the one worn by Emil Antonowsky. 13:45 Why no HK slap?! We're too far into the 21st century for this to still be a thing! The HK slap is standard procedure, recommended by Heckler & Koch, themselves. There's no reason to not do it right. The first two Die Hard movies got it wrong. Maybe more of then than that. It's hard to keep track. Half-Life got it wrong. Even the entire S.T.A.L.K.E.R. series got it wrong. I just don't understand! What's the point of not doing it right?!

3:30 - I'd argue because of the property, because it's something he's known to do in the source material, that they had to have some type of scanning in the game and that mechanic is just too obvious a fit.

Like the old man said “you must not have been fallowing the poles”…(Robocop 2 is a favorite of mine aswell btw) but the game is receiving high praise by popular and legit gamers and streamers lol even the call of duty die hards are saying it’s far better than the current campaign of the new Modern Warfare 3….it dropping in price, i have no doubt in a year, but 20$…the reviews and gamer channels are saying otherwise 😂

Ahh man don’t diss on robo cop being featured in MK11…just a cool bit of fan service…but yeh trash the other 4-5 movies or whatever. Jesus how many fuckin robo cop movie did they do? I saw 1-3 like 20 years ago and 2014 was mid. Not terrible but not great either. Original is all that matters. 2 is mid. Although the .50 cal in 2 was pretty cool. I also know a guy with one of em and have shot it so I’m happy about that since there only like a handful in the world.

I really wanted to like this game but it's clunky gameplay, ps2 quality graphics and overall boring missions made it a hard fail. Played for an hour and haven't touched it since.

Those glitches are not present when playing on a decent pc. Consoles are for babies. Its hard for game devs to dumb down a good game enough to make ps5 or Xbox run it well.
