The robot End-of-Arm tool is designed to perform all aspects of building the full pallets including pallet handling, slip sheet placement and product handling. This palletizing solution was designed to palletize cases from 2 infeed conveyors onto 2 separate pallets with a single robot.

The pallets would be more stable if you alternate which sides the rotated boxes are placed. Stacking the boxes identical all the way up makes for a very unstable load

Servo driven case turner ends up being a pneumatic bump turn. LOL And could this be any slower?

This bugs me. But are robot was programmed to grab a pallet first and lay it down then grab a layer sheet so its center perfect. I worked at a bottle company.

That is so extremely slow compared to a 1980’s Alvey paletizer.
