William Adama expects a great life of adventure after he graduates as a pilot. Unknown to him, life at war is different from what he's experienced before. Burdened with an old Raptor ship and a jaded co-pilot, he pushes through to complete his first mission.

I thought it was boring. Apparently so did many others. it moved too slow and had so many not so exciting plot lines going at the same time.

There was the original series in 1978, then a short sequel Battlestar 1980 in 1980 lol. Then a short 2 part miniseries in 2003 then 2004-2009 was the reimagined Battlestar Galactica which was awesome! In which they also released 2 movies BSG Razor in 2007 and BSG The Plan which was 2009. Then the series caprica in 2010 which was a prequel to Battlestar Galactica and another goody but canceled and then Battlestar Galactica blood and chrome to finish off the story. The 2 from the 70-80s are old and trashy imo but everything from 2003 and onwards is well worth a watch!
