int Gi0/0 standby 1 track 12 track 12 sla 5 Is the above configuration supposed to do a Pseudo SD-WAN type scenario (ofc after adding the IP SLA config), that if there is packet drops the HSRP will shift to the backup? How do I tell the router, if there are packet drops switch to the backup? How do I translate packet drops into the SLA? Icmp-echo?? But then how would the router know how much % of packet drops is too much is too much and would shift to the backup?

(Lectures - Cisco Official Cert Guide - Labbing yourself - Workbook for the labs…) Then is this enough? Or do I have to study the Cisco online documents? Or documents AND RFCs too?
