A playthrough of the LEGO Rock Raiders custom level "The Nightmare Begins...", a map made by Sharkly in 2010.
The map is replacement for Driller Night!, consisting of a number of caverns with some rock monsters and spiders to deal with. The level's objective is unchanged, though the player starts off with a Tool Store. Enabling the unused spiders is required for this level to work; I made them able to attack Rock Raiders as well, though it doesn't work great.
Review: It's a simple map, but it's cool to see one using spiders, even if they aren't finished. Good level design, but not exactly a nightmare like the name suggests. Some webs might've been cool, though I don't know if people even knew they still worked when this level was made.
Also, there are supposed to be power paths in the cave with the second Tool Store, but apparently the Path map doesn't work in hidden caverns. Thanks DDI.
