So, thanks to a website that had this application for free, I was able to install this so I could make stories using Rocko himself!
And yes, before you ask, I did voice Rocko, but I am not the best at making silly voices.
Honestly though, despite its limited software, I really loved how the sound effects and animations were really fun and helped brought the Rocko character I used to life!
Also, I am now officially 17 years old since my birthday is the 21st of June!
