Try to use a screwdriver and jam it though the toy's wing inserts while it's off. Then, rotate the screwdriver back and forth for a couple seconds. Do it for both wings. Like Furbys, their motors can jam up.

Or, like they do if a Furby has MSA (Me Sleep Again/Ka way-loh koh-koh), hit the Hatchimal at the bottom multiple times really hard)

@@ButterToasty9514 You'll have to fully unscrew it. Then use the screwdriver and carefully attach the wire back onto the circuty.
