In 1977 I saw Edmunds and his band Rockpile open for Nick Lowe’s band, and the headliner was Elvis Costello. Rockpile was one of the loudest concerts I’d ever seen and they were so good!! Edmunds played the dog mess out of that guitar! Of course Elvis was killer too!

In 1977, Dave and Nick were in the same band, Rockpile and they were opening for Elvis.

It was at the HiLi Fronton in Fern Park, Fl. Near Orlando. He played songs from his first album and some from his second album. Title escapes me, maybe Labor of Lust(?) Sorry but it happened and you missed it, clown🤡🤣
