What if you fail in life, whether it is in the school or college or in office, to get up and come back is most important, the classes should not only teach how to become successful or get good marks, but also teach what to do if you get failed, how to come back, how to stand and how to win.

When I was just a unconfident high school kid with bad acne the first Rocky movie came out. I went to see it by my myself. I was so inspired by this story, that a total underdog could have a shot if only he/she committed heart and mind totally. When I returned from the movie that night long ago I just started sprinting around my neighborhood. This was back in the day when it felt that I could run forever. This morning, many decades later, it is a dark and windy Saturday morning. 5 a.m. I am going to put on some old sweats and hobble around the block on bad knees. Long live Rocky and the belief that we all have great potential and beauty inside.

Actually Mickey was first to die then Apollo followed by Adrian and Paulie. In real life actor Tony Burton who played Tony “Duke” Evers passed away and even character Spider RICO died during the events of Creed 2 who was Rocky’s one time boxing opponent at beginning of Rocky and later was a friend.

First, whoever did this, my sincere thanks to you. Yes, this montage made me teary-eyed, and it reminded how much I liked and grew up with the Rocky series. I remember being a little boy watching the first Rocky on TV. I had NEVER scene a movie like that ever, or since..... I'm 44 now and these scenes cut deep, if not deeper now, since I first saw the movies. I guess it's because I and many others have gone through the same struggles in our lives and have gone through various forms of these scenes. I'll be the first to admit that I learned that real life, is not a movie, but these scenes touched to the bone on the realities of life and getting older. Sylvester Stallone is and will always be Rocky. These film can not and should not be re-made in any way. When I was a little boy, I was bullied and teased due to my disability, and I always was inspired by Rocky and how even when he gets knocked down, he got up and kept moving forward. I'm about to be married and I see the scenes with Adrian and they remind me that life has come full circle for me. I, like many, went through decades of tough times, to eventually come on top..on top of life's disappointment, successes, and life's long road ......thank you

People say DeNiro and Pachino are such great actors and very talented (Which they are don't get me wrong) But they never put Stallone in the same category with those two only because he talks funny and his face is crooked and he rode the muscle action hype of the 80's he helped create that is still present in films today (Daniel Craig's James Bond would not exist if it weren't for Stallone) Yet when was the last time you saw Pachino and DeNiro write and direct great dialog or characters like Stallone?

Where is the stairs scene between Micky and Rocky from the Rocky2? When everybody is telling Rocky he's done, and he goes to see Mickey, where he tells him he wants to fight again at the top of the stairs & Mickey laughs him off, then ends up slapping him and saying: "Now, you didn't even see that coming, did you? And that was from a broken down pug like me, what do you think the Champ will do to you?" "I don't know.. hurt me bad?" "No he'd hurt you permanent.. PERMANENT! You've got the heart kid, but you ain't got the tools no more" I thought that was a sad scene for Rocky.

You stay in one place long enough! You become that place !!! How true that is .... I grew up with these films , I reach for them at certain chapters in my life. They have got me through many things. They also give me a massive boast of positivity. I respect Stallone as he never forgets where he came from. I cannot watch these films with anyone as I have to many tears , but that is a sign of strength not weakness. Thank you very much at the highest honour I can give ......

The movie Rocky is so heartfelt, inspiring, and emotional, great Legends Burgess Meredith and Sylvester Stallone, they don't make movies like this anymore, a masterpiece.

+Doyledeth yeah, killed the vid. The music is supposed to be underlying, not vice versa. Not sure if it was a mistake on part of uploader or on purpose, but either way, my ears were bleeding throughout this. Had to lower volume all the way, just to get through it.

Rocky Balboa is that perfect example of what a man should be. He's not perfect but out of all his imperfections you see how a man should love his one true love, how he should treat others, love God and respect him, be a good dad, be strong, let his women be his strength when he is weak and most importantly just be a humble man. Long live Sylvester Stallone for being such an amazing man that he created Rocky for when he did he changed a lot of lives. He definitely changed mine for the better. God bless you forever Mr Stallone
