This mic was a mic that grew on me at first I wasnt a fan of the sound but the more I heard it the more i loved it. After a year of use I have added The ws2 windscreen is definitely needed and I ended up buying a cheap microphone pre amp I recently had surgery and the preamp causes less stress on my body

i have actually just ordered this mic i am going to be using it with a mackie profx6v4 which is quite handy as i can turn up the mids on the mixer to get back some of the low end if i need to, i have had a play around with voicemeter with my current mic (fduce sl40) but i just find if over complicated and for the gains its not worth it, Do you have a better software for eq than voicemeter?

I am assuming for vocal (singing) recording this is not the ideal mic as well?
