Balatro is a poker roguelike deck building game centered around creating powerful synergies and winning with big hands. Minor detail, but I think Deathing jacks is superior to Deathing queens and kings on the Bus, because you can more easily Strengthen the latter into aces.

I got really confused why you would want more face cards when riding Bus. Took me like 5 minutes to realize you mean changing Jacks into different cards, not changing different cards into Jacks :D

Holding onto Jacks can help for the Hit The Road Joker, which gives .5x multiplier for each Jack discarded that blind, so it can sometimes be beneficial to keep them in your deck over the others.

Just for how not worth selling abstract would be. Abstract was foil making it give 50 chips wich to make up gor the chip loss would require you to score 5 10s wich was not particularly likely. This is not factoring in the lost mult.

11:25 Im confused by the decision to sell Astronomer for Ride the buss. You have green joker ramping up up to +4 Mult each round AND the mult scaling as well as chips. Youre fine off till Ante 6 with that at least, why not keep up the scaling for planets, especially when packs get more expensive?

Two stakes are changing, one is guaranteed to be the orange stake but there is still uncertainty about the second stake change

everyone in the discord likes it. it gets way better as your discards are reduced on blue stake.

It's supernova without being forced to play a hand (the eye sometimes can screw you up with that), it's bus without the face restriction and without losing it if you can't fulfill the drawback and it's trousers without forcing you to do a specific hand (which in gold I'd say you're able to make in average the same mult with both jokers. Considering small hands are for the most part the best gold strat, out of the mult scalers I'd say for me it's the best one (although the discard boss is defo annoying)

I’d say just ignore packs about 95% of the time, early game you need to build interest, and late game the prices are so egregious. Orange stake will change this upcoming patch though.

It's the KZfaq version of Balatro obviously. More views compared to less time, you might be boring. More time compared to less views, well that's the stupid trend, they "fell off." Gotta keep on the up and up with the numbers game
