Dark Metamorphosis of course you can. I don’t think them being taken seriously has any bearing on wether or not we should say what they have done is ground breaking and i dont think it should matter that a band doesn’t play live. Their music gets produced either way. In terms of vocals, Dickie at least has proven he’s capable of doing the crazy shit he’s capable of on the IA albums, and i think his vocal innovations alone are a pretty big part of why the scene is seeing a bit more traffic than usual.

I bet you’ll dig a tune from “Rivers of Nihil” titled, “The Subtle Change Including the Forest of Transition and Dissatisfaction Dance.” They don’t have an Alex Terrible on vocals but they are super awesome and very creative.

I get the spit it out thing with Slipknot cause it was so different and fast and heavy that it was just intense, this song though it’s intense from the second it start to the end, and Alex Terrible’s voice along with the drummer (it’s like when you hear bleed or demiurge by Meshuggah), I think Slaughter to Prevail is going to be on if the top and most popular deathcore/metal band in the future, even if it’s just for Alex Terrible’s voice alone, still have to give the drummer credit though absolutely crazy (I love how he hits the drums not just fast but he can slam down on those things 😂!) 🤘👍
