CNN had a moderator that was completely overwhelmed by Trump and the audience in the Town Hall.Kaitlin Collins was an unprepared and inexperienced person who did not rise to the task at hand. A 31 year old person who had no experience in politics nor ever held an office going against a 76 year old former President who has 55 years in business was an obvious mismatch. Experience matters. CNN ignoring the value of experience backfired on them.

CNN has new leadership up top. I remember reading an article that the new owner (Chris Licht) stated that he would like to change the political environment of CNN. I wouldn't be surprised if CNN in 10yrs from now is the new conservative channel. Some of their other anchors have left under the new leadership. Me personally, I could care less for CNN.

Recent activities have led me to stop making CNN my go to for news. Thank you Roland. The interview was disappointing for a station desperate for ratings. The CNN panel said this interview was good for the viewers to see. Why did we need to see and here the same behavior we endured for 4 years while in office. CNN no longer cares where their ratings come from. We better vote like our life depends on it, because it does.

First, he would NEVER agree to do a Town Hall with Roland as the moderator because he knows Roland would be in attack mode. The Purpose of the Town Hall Meeting was to invite Trump in to lie and do what he does. If a moderator does what Roland suggests, you don’t get the sound bites candy Trump gives you. Your approach Roland to catch Trump in his obvious lies while prudent and intellectually satisfying doesn’t meet the purpose of the Town Hall.
