Just tested a backup/restore on my FA-08 - It doesn't seem to backup or restore any tracks loaded into the sample pad, nor does a factory reset wipe them out or bring them back either. So if a friend ruins what you had laid out on the sample pad, this procedure will not help you. Other than that it did restore my studio sets, tones, and even my favorites without issue!:)

Hi Ed, I have a question. What should I do when I have many StudioSets and few of them have samples. I want to backup all this in to SD card. I create backup file but when I restore it the StudioSets with samples didn't have any??

My friend is it possible to export a song to 24 bitsd 48khz from the FA06? Thank you

This didn't work on my FA - the new SD card keeps saying "No file found"! Ed glossed over the part about saving to the PC....maybe all the steps should have been explained?
