Do I need a memory card? On my Korg Triton, that was the only way I could save songs that I created. So I wanted to know how does Roland work. I have an 88-key Roland Fantom X8..I just make full songs with different instrument tracks. Blues n soul material. Anyway, anyone can let me know...tks guys.

I like the way you explain everything in detail, I have a question, every time I try to use my pc-card it always gives me a (card not ready) flash. I've tried different brands, all of them being new and also 1 gigabyte cards, it may be something simple. Maybe before I bought the Keyboard which by the way was use but in mint condition had this problem but they never told me. It might have to do with someone playing around with the software, HOPE YOU CAN HELP!... (EDDIE FROM THE BRONX)

This is a long time ago but I just re-bought me another Fantom X61. No help on how to pick the instruments on this tutorial. I had read somewhere that you dont have to pick your own group of instruments everytime you sequence, there are "templates" of the basic instruments that you need to get started without having to pick your own? Where is that please? Anybody?? THANKS.

Thx for posting. I came across a the fantom xa. Was Killin me trying to fig this out. I'm used to Korg products. There a lil more cut and dry. Now the only issue I'm coming across is most of my sounds are multi timbre. Seems like all the sounds are combinations of 4/5 sounds. Is there a way to turn this off?
