I bought one on dec last year (2018) and I totally recommend it, the jd xi never let me down, what I mean is that, it has been amazing. The sounds, the effects, the drum machine, the 2 digital synths, the analog synth! The way you can do loops and create a song, the 4 channels allows you to do a bass line, a lead line, chords and with a simple beat with the drum machine you have a song and you can jam along with it for hours 🤲🏻✨🎹 love it!

I don't understand the comments comparing this to the MicroKorg, one is an analogue modelling synth with a vocoder, the other is two digital synths, one true analogue synth, a drum machine, a vocoder and a step sequencer. I know which one I'll be buying.
