+Daniel Davis I agree a 8 voice Juno for $600.00 is a winner but do you know how tired the public is of hearing Juno synths in a song. All of that 80's sound all over again. We need something fresh and new sounding. That would get me excited.

Kind of, but it's modeled after the Juno-106. I like to think of them as synth candy. 😊

pcuimac it’s the fatness and warmth of the sounds. It’s perfect imperfections also(vst‘ s have trouble copying the character of these imperfections). And if you think pitch modulation sounds terrible, I’d wonder how well you were versed in synthesis because it sounds fine to me. 🤷🏾‍♂️

+mima14031985 can you have a mono chorus ? Because the sys m1 delay is mono only , so I wondered if the chorus was ? Although I thought chorus was basically a delay stereo effect only. I'd like to hear this against the TAL stuff.

+H4NDCRAFTED Yes chorus can also be mono, it depends on how the effect was made. For example a lot of guitar chorus pedals have a mono output, because they have to be used with a guitar amp, the most of them being monoaural (they have just one speaker). The chorus in its simplest form is just a delayed copy of the original signal summed back to it, where the delay amount it's being modulated over time by a low frequency oscillator. This is enough to create a chorused effect. Of course a stereo chorus have a more dramatic effect to the sound and is more interesting to hear. A "monoauralized" stereo chorus have the signals of left and right channels summed together, this flattens up the effect and that's what's happening in this video. This often happens also when using just one channel of a keyboard/expander with a stereo output, because the instrument's circuitry detects that just one channel is being used (usually the left one), and sums all the signals here.
