Having conversations with people like RC does not help US get further along with OUR agenda. I say we ignore those who are like him and focus those who can help us advance. RC is a distraction...although it is good know those think like him so that we can avoid them and not let them get in our way.

Bottom line is if you own the buildings where there is a problem with rats, & other issues, then you are responsible for trying to correct the problems. If the people who are hired to manage the buildings aren't doing a good & thorough job, THEN REPLACE THEM IMMEDIATELY!!!!
