I have a role play interview coming up for the CSM Team Lead and I’ve never done a role play interview before - to add to I hate interviewing. So I’m very nervous because I’m not sure how this interview will go. This video was helpful with ensuring that I prepare.

I have my role play soon and wanted to structure it well, such as introduce myself and where I am from then go into the reason for the visit for both fire safety and well being purpose, and then go over any risks I’ve noticed, but how do you prepare if they become angry all of a sudden? Would it be a case of talking calmer to them and saying stuff like “I’m here to help you as I want the best for yourself and your children” (if they have children) like how do I prepare for moments like that? I’ve watched all your videos and they have helped me so much and I’ve done none stop revision with books. Just wanted abit of advice it would be greatly appreciated. Thankyou!
