I bought one of my grail watches, the Rolex Day Date 40 in the champagne dial with diamond baguettes! Just a milestone I want to share with you and show you that anything is possible if you put in the work!

Congratulations on the beautiful time piece. I think the baguettes were a better choice; the diamonds are subtle and adds a nice touch to it.

Congratulations. I purchased my DD40 everose olive dial last month from a Rolex boutique. Not a bad purchase considering the weak dollar due to inflation. Wear in good health.

I've the rosegold with sundust dial roman numerals, the numerals looks beautiful in the sun specially with the shades depending on the sun angle + its polished beautifully each pc, but i am looking to get the yellow gold onyx dial'22.. so enjoy ur watch both choices are great 👍🏻👌🏼

😎 I had the same issue, with the same watch. I ended up going with the Roman numbers but after wearing it for 2 years now, I kinda want to swap out the dial for the diamond markers now 😅

Yea I was always set on the Romans until I saw them both side by side in person. The diamond baguettes totally changed my mind.

@@jamesrichyoung my AD told me I could pay the difference and they'll send it back to get the dial changed. But I can't stand being without my baby 😅🤦‍♂️ let alone that process would take weeks to complete.

Rolex is shifting the attention of precious metal to platinum. Since platinum is harder than gold, therefore, Rolex able to achieve higher precious metal content. So, the solid 18K yellow gold Rolex are getting rare and more sought after.

I wear a Day-Date 41, satin white w/ full yellow gold applied Romans dial. I do like the baguette markers dial. I’m just not a fan of the champagne color dial. I’d do white or black w/ diamonds dial. My favorite dial is the silver serti w/ sapphire & diamond markers on my Submariner.
