So the physical incarnation of those "you won the lottery click here for your prize" scam emails who tries to get you into his (probably defunct) cassino to cin you of all your money And a insane carnival obsessed devil in clowns clothing (like a Wolf in sheep's clothing) who uses underhanded tactics and tries to cheat? Funny thing is that scamton like scampton and unlike spamton is happy with his situation it seems So maybe this version of jevil cheats and uses underhanded tactics because he thinks it's the only way he can succeed in this fake world? Or he's just like those cheaters in online games who do it to torment other players, maybe like omega/photoshop flowey when you finally reduce his health he heals back up in an annoying way?
