For anyone who is struggling with their game and has numerous swing thoughts I would throughly recommend that they hit a few shots with no other thoughts in their mind but roll the left ankle on the backswing and roll the right ankle on the downswing !!!

what if you can't roll your ankles because you have flat concaved feet and it hurts to put too much pressure on the outside of your left fool and ankles?

YES .. BUT THE LEFT ANKLES ROLL TOO .IF YOU ROTATE TOO MUCH IN YOUR SWING ... OR IF YOU DON'T HAVE ROOM FOR YOUR RIGHT ARM TO SWING THRU THE IMPACT AREA ..THEN YOUR ANKLES WILL ACTIVATE YOUR HIPS TO MOVE AWAY FROM AND TOWARDS THE TARGET ...SIMPLE AND SWEET ...ROLL BOTH ANKLE AWAY FROM TARGET ,, THEN ROLL YOUR ANKLES TOWARDS THE TARGET ...IT IS SIMPLER TO ROLL THE FEET THAN TOO SWAY YOUR HIPS AWAY AND TOWARDS THE TARGET ...YOR HIPS STILL SWAY ... BUT NOT QUITE AS MUCH ...
