I wasn't aware of that, and after one year of a reagular campaing I had to pretend in the middle of a very hard and important fight in Cuse of Strahd with 7 Vampire Spawn, what were their HP. Thank you for explaining that.

This helped so much, thank you! Had done this in the wrong order and was dragging "empty tokens" straight from character journal multiple times until I watched this, linked from here: wiki.roll20.net/Linking_Tokens_to_Journals
