I’m so happy to see you again! 2023 was a weird, rough year for me and I didn’t get to skate at all last year. Depression kept me in a rut for soooo long, and I felt so set back in my progress, but honestly this video was a much needed kick in the booty for me to stop wallowing and to get back on track! Im right there with you! 2023 was probably the roughest for me mentally but now I'm feeling inspired to lace up again and make some progress on my journey this year! I feel like I'm starting all over again but there is beauty in the process so lets make some sh*t shake this year and come back with passion and the love to roll

The circle of life has highs and lows. Glad you are feeling better. Been there and I hope you can maintain a good mindset. I want to dip better and bend my knees more when working on new footwork…I want to get a skate partner…also wanna improve the grapevine and crazy legs.

The rain is quite the hinderance this winter though :,( I hear you on the bent knees im just now noticing that i dont bend them as much as i should when practicing new moves... I also want a skate practice partner for accountability! I wish you luck on your journey this year!
