Those plates come with Moxi Lollys. You need the wrench tool to loosen the nut against the plate, then you can unscrew the toe stop. The washer goes between the plate & the nut. Remember to put the washer back or the toe stop will loosen up as you use it. I learned the hard way by accident! 😅 Thank you for the great review! 🥰 P.S. I have since upgraded my plates to Reactor Neo and it's so much better!!😁

haha yea I'm very familiar with the plate because of my Lolly's. First time I used them I lost my toe stop + nut because it fell off randomly somewhere haha but yes I tried the wrench but it started to strip the bolt because its just that tight :( Gotta get some e400 or something to loosen that baby up

Loving the structure of these skates… ankle support is a must for me and I like that it’s for wide feet ppl. And I prefer skates with removable stoppers. The colour is 🔥 🔥

@@MeowPictures If you have the chance visit a skate shop and try them on to see how well they fit. My preference is to have a wide toe box so that my toes have wiggle room.

Hello do you recommend the same size as your shoes for wide foot? The fatty part of my feet I'm worried about. I wear a size 7 n women

@@missjoriccac8481 I learned most skates are sized in Men's. For instance, I'm an 8 Women's, so I needed an 7 Men's. Most skate brands have a size chart, so please check first if you can't try on a pair.

It would be great if these skate influencers would tell companies like Riedell to update their adverts and online presence (Website) to include people of color. For example - The Riedell Roller website has zero african-americans or Latin/Afro-Latin folks. Jam/Rhythm skating has major influences from Hip-Hop/R&B/Disco and many of the innovative challenging moves originate from these communities of color.

I always love Riedell (indoor and outdoor) - I've had my R3 derby skates since 2012 (skating on city streets, parks, rinks etc) and haven't needed an upgrade. Although I'd love a pair like yours...I like that they're so good for wide feet. Can't recommend enough!

@@groovyrollerskate8833 I ordered some beautiful red Jackson Vista Vipers! I tried on my moms in-lines with those boots haha and they have the support for long rides in the summer and enough forward flex for dancing! Can’t wait for them to get here and the snow to melt 😝

I've been a fan of Riedell since I bought my first pair of real skates in 1984. Been off of skates since 88 though. Tried Shitcago uktras and they are CRAP so I sent them back. My wife has never skated before. She's now 61 and I just ordered these skates for her. I also ordered 120s for myself (same boot but stronger plate for my fat butt) looking forward to getting back to 8 wheel dancing.

Yes, I agree the powerdyne plate is kinda sad but I absolute LOVE everything else! They'll be fine for jamming thats for sure I feel so safe now hehe

Ich kaufe auch Riedell Boots 111 (schwarz), damit meine Wohnung auch Tanzen üben , Boden ist Laminat sehr Gut. Viele Dank toller auferklärung . English : I also buy Riedell Boots 111 (black) so that my apartment can also practice dancing, the laminate floor is very good. Many thanks great explanation.

haha omg girl! I JUST got them off today. Had to use some "speed cream" from roller bones. its typically for making your wheels roll smoother but i think any oil would work really to loosen those bad boys up :)

I just got these in crimson love them but wheels are loud and bulky on tennis court. Do i just need to give em time?? Or should i get softer or harder wheel?? I love the boot.

I think time and practice will help you get used to them! They're super buttery on the courts for me but also play around with different wheels it mostly depends on what you're doing :)
