Hello my Beautiful People! Welcome back!
I am so thrilled tonight! I got an email from KZfaq telling me that they have selected my channel to be featured as an Inspiring Artists for International Women's Day on their home page! This is a huge honor and I am so thankful to all of you for all of your support!
Last week I had a lot of fun embellishing two paintings using my golf ball, and of course, that got me thinking. Tonight I want to do a Wandering Straight Pour and keep some negative space and then use my golf ball to embellish the edge next to the negative space. Lets get started!
Im using a 12x24 inch gallery wrapped canvas from Artist Loft.

There is NO Silicone
in Any of My Paint.
I love these colors together! The shimmer from the Pebeo iridescents is gorgeous, and that pop of gold/bronze is stunning in the pour. I love the softness of the golf ball embellishment, it brings a feeling of waves rolling in the deep ocean by creating a softness and marrying in the basecoat color. I am very happy with the way this worked! I have some more ideas that I want to try out, this is so exciting!

Hi Mina, this is such a pretty painting. I love the negative space and watching the golf ball roll ever so slowly thru the paint making such a striking landmark horizon or as HoA so aptly put it " like a surf wave of earth"! This video gave me such strong beach vibes, which at the moment is very topical as in Melbourne Australia we are coming to the end of a 3 day heat wave of temps above 38C/100F. The nights have been really hot too! Anyone needing to talk to people in Melbourne on Tuesday should be aware that most people could be pretty grumpy from lack of sleep 😉🤷🏻‍♀❤

Your colors are always so very EVEN and beautifully MIXED! You must mixed them with a wire whisk forever and then wait for days to let the bubbles rise to the top so you can use them!

Hi Mina! First off you do deserve the recognition. Congrats. 🎉. When you resin your pieces, do you mix resin and hardener or just resin?

Always follow the manufacturer recommendations.. I do mix resin and hardener and stir for the recommended 3 minutes before applying. I love Art Resin because it's not smelly 😉

You can use any colors you like.. just layer your cup with contrast.. light dark light dark
