It’s for the warhammer commander named Arthas the cold, you can see him as an inspiration when the commander build pops up, with him your AP shells do an extra 20% damage while you have a plane up

He has a special Warhammer commander as am inspiration called Arthus, which boosts damage when a spotter plane is up
