That feeling could very well be anxiety. Anxiety does that bro. Ive felt the exact same way and I got medical work done, ECG, XRay but all results came back normal so I got diagnosed with Anxiety.

Grief can weight heavy on us physically, I lost both parents in the past 2 years and found comfort when people in similar situations were experiencing the same symptoms.❤️

I haven’t been here in a while. Cora is so big! Also my dad has heart issues with a big scare when we were at Disney world. He has palpitations and his heart gets out of rhythm a lot. Definitely avoid caffeine and even sugar. Also medicine does help.

Roman- there are so many possible reasons for those symptoms. are you grieving in a healthy way? Or just keep pushing it down? Are you stressed? Anxious about something? Whatever the case I’ll be praying for you! I’m proud of you that you went to the hospital and got checked out. That’s a huge step! Keep taking care of you!

Hey Roman, I'm having a similar issue currently as well. I'm 20 and I'm used to being pretty healthy and playing sports. My chest just feels heavy all of the time and it's like I'm out of breathe. Sometimes I'll have some pains shoot through my back/chest as well. My arms go numb a little bit sometimes as well. I am also a hypochondriac so I tend to freak out over little stuff too lol. I'm going to the doctor tomorrow and I'm very scared. I hope nothing bad is going on. I'm only 20, I have my entire life to look forward to and I don't want this to change any of that. Scary stuff man, heart and chest problems aren't something to mess around with. Wish me luck guys, please I could really use it right now.

Ok so ik most people will probably never see this but I hold this story very very close to me. So the logo Smile More really reminds me of one of my best friends. Because about a year ago I was in a... Let's say a very dark spot ( that's to put it lightly ) and I almost did some stuff that I would have regretted. But my one friend was always there for me. He told me that people cared abt me, that I was needed here on Earth, that God's plan for me wasn't done yet, and that he needed me and I was one of his best friends. And he never let me forget thoes things. And over the course of three months I was feeling amazing cause of all of the little things that he was doing for me. He saved my life 5+ times and he made me smile when I didn't want to. So please if your reading this and you know someone that is going through something weather it be a big or a small thing tell them how much they mean to you. You never know how much it could help them and you never know when the last time your gonna talk to them will be

I've gone through something similar. I know exactly how it makes you feel. Have you tried a muscle relaxer and going to a chiropractor? I would reccomend a chiro. I doubt it is anxiety. I have read ringing in the ears is linked to something related to your heart. You might read into that. Best wishes and stay strong... the world needs you. You are loved.

***ROMAN PLEASE GET A SLEEP TEST TO SEE IF YOU HAVE SLEEP APNEA*** ...I have it and use a Cpap breathing machine to help me breath when I sleep with out it I have all of your same symptoms.

Omg, finally someone who has experienced something similar to me!!! For the past 2 months I've been having weird chest pains and just been feeling weird. I've been to the doctors 3 times and they've said I'm fine, but I was driving myself crazy thinking something is wrong with me. So for 2 months I have been so low, the lowest I've been in my entire life. Worrying, afraid something bad is going to happen to me, and just not feeling like myself. I've started to try and not worry about it so much, and its really helped. The chest pains better, but I'm still experiencing heart palpitations. Which scares me everytime it happens, cause its a very scary feeling. I think I'm just at the point of stressing myself out and worrying too much. Causing my anxiety to sky rocket. Thank you for posting this and talking about something personal! You've really helped me out a lot today! Thank you thank you thank you!!! 🙏🙏🙏❤❤❤

Roman, I hope you read this. I struggle with the same pain, daily. I have had tests done and run, er visits, you name it. They chalk it up to acid reflux or gerd. That can mimick similar symptoms to a heart attack. I worry about it CONSTANTLY, even though they say I'm ok. I am also a hypocondriact. But, with the help of the Lord, I am able to cope with trusting that He's got me no matter what. I pray that you find good news at your follow up . And comfort knowing that God's got you. I had this happen to me and oddly enough it started about 6 months after my dad passed away. I went through this nonstop for over 2 months and every test came back normal. They did over $60,000 in medical testing and hospital Bill's and never found anything. Ended up chalking it up to severe anxiety and depression from my dad passing. This was 12 years ago and I'm still here and ok.
