To be honest, even if Arthur was fit I doubt he would go back to her..... Spoilers for Arthur in a way..... . He had married a woman and had a kid. They were killed in a robbery. I think he wouldn't be able to handle the pain of losing someone he loves again..

@@le3- no he didn’t. Their last interaction was in chapter 4, he only finds out about his TB in Chapter 6. He gets the letter from her in Chapter 6, but I wouldn’t consider that “turning her down”.
