المكونات :
٥ بيضات - كأس حليب - كأس زيت- رشة ملح -2 كأس طحين - كاسة نشاء - ملعقة ونص باكينغ بودر
نصف ملعقة فانيليا - نصف ملعقة خل - كأس وربع سكر - ملعقة برش برتقال
طريقة التحضير:
نخل الطحين والنشاء والباكينغ بودر والفانيليا والملح-
نخفق البيض مع السكر والزيت والخل
نضيف الخليط (طحين - باكينغ بودر - الخ..)
يوضع في القالب ثم نضعه في الفرن
درجة الحرارة 180
الوقت 45 دقيقة
نشغل الفرن فقط من لاسفل واخر خمس دقائق نشغل لفرن من الاعلى
