What are your thoughts about driving a car in Rome? Is there even parking anywhere? We’re planning to rent a car and spend two weeks driving all over Italy next fall.

We personally wouldn't drive in any cities in Italy, it's too crazy. But drive at your own risk haha

I live in Rome and drivers here are crazy so if you want to stay alive, don’t drive. Also, parking is a nightmare.
