We recorded this 4k ultra hd video during our trip to Rome, Italy on October 2021.
Rome is the capital city of Italy and the third most visited city in Europe. An average of 7-10 million tourists visit Rome each year. Its historic centre is listed by UNESCO as a World Heritage Site.
Rome is often referred to as the City of Seven Hills due to its geographic location and also the "Eternal City". Vatican City (the smallest country in the world) is an independent country inside the city boundaries of Rome, the only existing example of a country within a city
Our guided walking tour is about 8.7 miles (14 km) long, starts at Porta del Popolo, ends at Colosseum and covers most attractions and historic sites of Rome.

St. Peter's Basilica in Rome is beyond any church or cathedral I've ever seen, and I've seen Notre Dame, Saint-Chapelle and the Strasbourg Cathedral. I think for sheer size, beauty and color, it is a notch above those two. If you do go, don't miss it, along with the Sistine Chapel. It'll be a highlight of our trip when we go.

Great walk. Beautiful video. I loved Rome, especially coming all the way from Australia in 2012 to witness actual history. Glad the Coliseum wasn't closed when we were there, that would've been disappointing.

Interesting to see a lot of non-Italian cars driving around in Rome. I say that because where I live, in Germany, there are lots of Italian immigrants, but they are notorious for being fiercely patriotic when it comes to their cars. They all drive Italian cars exclusively and you really never see an Italian in a non-Italian car. It seems they would rather buy a overpriced, sub par car as long as it comes from Italy, than a better and cheaper one from somewhere else.

@Thomas if you leave you’re country to live somewhere else you emigrate. When you enter a new country you’re an immigrant. Even though they’re all part of Europe they still have their own countries. Hope that clears things up!
